Nostalgia features both red and blue notes, where red notes are to be hit with the right hand and blue notes with the left. Some songs may even encourage players to cross their hands over to hit the notes accurately.
In addition to the basic notes, Nostalgia introduces three special note types:
- Tenuto: A sustained note, similar to hold notes in other BEMANI games.
- Glissando: A sliding note that spans across several keys.
- Trill: Resembling a tenuto note, it must be played by quickly hitting two adjacent keys in succession. |
